Essential Teaching UK

I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it both interesting and professionally useful. It has been particularly rewarding to be able to apply the learning immediately within my own working environment and to reflect more critically on practices that I have developed through experience over many years. The course has given me a much clearer understanding of the formal IQA role and, importantly, has encouraged me to continue developing that competence through practical experience. Thank you for an engaging and worthwhile learning experience.

I had a very positive experience completing my teacher training course. The programme was well structured, informative, and valuable for my professional development. A special thanks to my supervisor, Gavin, for his excellent mentoring, encouragement, and constructive feedback throughout the course. Highly recommended!

My experience with Gavin, Louise and Gill has been seamless from start to finish to complete my Level 3 in Education and Training. I am now more confident delivering workshops, or similar, in my current role where I believe I can embed many of the theories and practical advice into my facilitation style immediately and look forward to embedding them into my teaching in future roles too. I would not hesitate to recommend Essential Teaching UK to my network and going forwards.

Great course, run by a great educator. Thanks to Gavin and his team.

This is my second course with Essential Teaching, and once again they have not let me down. The quality of learning, resources, and support has been excellent throughout, which is why I have already signed up for one of their Coaching and Mentoring qualifications. Gavin and Gill have been fantastic, allowing me to work at my own pace and remaining supportive when my full-time role became particularly busy. Their guidance and encouragement made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I really enjoyed this course and found it very helpful for developing my knowledge and confidence as an assessor. The content was clear, well organised and easy to follow. I particularly found the reflective practice and occupational assessment modules very useful. Thank you for the support and guidance throughout the course.

Great course! Really enjoyed it too. The microteaching was the best part as it made everything feel real and practical. Gavin was very reassuring from the start in the intro call, which helped a lot with confidence.

Gavin was very supportive through the course and there was much to learn
